Mango snow bingsu
$16.50Shaved milk ice, diced honey mango, mango syrup and a spoon of condensed milk, served in a brushed brass bowl.

Good evening
Snow-fine bingsu, whisked matcha and brown-sugar coffee, served under lantern light until 1am. Order ahead and it's waiting on the counter.
Our signature is built at the counter while you watch: a mountain of shaved milk ice, crowned with honey mango and a slow pour of syrup that finds every ridge. Make it yours below.
Shaved milk ice, diced honey mango, mango syrup and a spoon of condensed milk, served in a brushed brass bowl.
Frozen milk runs through the brass ice wheel until it falls like fresh snow.
Mango is diced at 5pm and not a minute before, so every cube still shines.
The bowl is chilled, so the last spoonful is as cold as the first.
Matcha here isn't a syrup or a powder stirred into milk. Each cup starts in a clay bowl with a bamboo whisk, twenty seconds of wrist work, and water pulled just below the boil.
A narrow room of walnut and green tile. Clay lanterns hang low over the counter, the kettles sit on the top shelf, and the window seats look out at the wet street.
Pour-over is brewed one cup at a time after 10pm, when the room goes quiet enough to hear the kettle.
Checking whether the kettles are on.
Pick your bowl, pick your cup, and we'll have it on the shelf before you've found your umbrella.
